I've been sensation really frustrated with the current music world, recently...it all seems to be nothing but inane, repititious lyrics, uninspired melodies, and vapid themes. Then I stumbled on Eisley--and the sun was shining again! So, with my disillusionment broken, I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations of some good artists to prevention out. I enjoy artists like Loreena Mckennitt, Eisley, Axiom of Choice, Songs of Water, Sufjan Stevens, and David Crowder Flock. I know it is a rather random conglomeration of styles, but they all share one thing in common---deeper, decent lyrics and fascinating melodies to boot! They go beyond the everyday "Ooh ooh baby" (x5). Any recommendations will be much-appreciated! Have a lovely day.
